Students Share American Sign Language with Service Dogs

What a treat to share some time with #BASA Barrow Arts and Sciences Academy with their American Sign Language class and teacher. We hosted 15 students that came to learn what dogs can do to help those who are deaf or hard of hearing. These eager students are all learning ASL and as they shared their knowledge with us . we showed how we can teach our handlers to communicate with their #serviceanimals in sign language. Of course Rufus had to get in the mix and was a big hit.
